Exit Surveys allow you to message recently exited employees and gain insights into why they are leaving your organization. These insights may prove helpful to understanding and improving the employee experience!
To get to Exit Surveys:
- Click on the "Retain" drop-down menu
- Click on "Touchpoints"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see Exit Surveys.
- To enable Exit Surveys, check the box that says "Activate Messages for Employees"
- To edit the Exit Survey message, click on the pencil icon
Editing Exit Survey Messages
You can edit your Exit Surveys to create a custom survey that works for you. To do that, click on the pencil icon. Once you click the pencil icon, a pop-up will appear with your Exit Survey Settings.
From here, you can select how many days after an employee was terminated in your system will receive an Exit Survey. You can edit the message with your preferred text and you can also include variable text such as Store Name, Brand, Worker Name, and others.
