This article will summarize everything you can access through the View Workers tab!
To get to the View Workers page:
- Click on the "Retain" drop-down menu
- Click on "View Workers"
From the View Workers page, you can see all of the workers that HourWork recognizes as your employees! You can access filters to help view information in a few different ways! Currently, you can filter by Locations, Active vs Inactive, Muted, and Banned!
If you are looking to see more information about anyone showing in the list you can click anywhere on the row for the employee. Doing so will take you to the Workers Tab!
You'll be able to see a comprehensive history of messages to and from an employee as well as add a nickname for the system to address them by! Clicking through the highlighted tabs will show you information about the messages they have received, the locations they belong to, and the contact information we have on file.
You can also view the message history of an employee as well as respond to messages within the portal!
To do this, find the employee that you would like to view, and you can view all of the employee's information. You will be able to see all messages sent from the store that they work at as well as all announcements from the organization!
From there, you will see a "Reply" bar at the bottom of the messages where you can type your response and click "Send". The employee will receive your response via the system they used to message HourWork, whether that is via Text Message or Email.
