Announcements can now be sent from two different phone numbers allowing for different leaders to receive responses!
Location Phone Numbers:
Who receives the responses when the Location Phone Number is selected?
Store Managers and Regional Managers will receive Direct Reply employee responses from the announcement when the Location Phone Number is selected.

Organization Phone Number:
Who receives the responses when the Organization Phone Number is selected?
Only Regional Managers and Admins will receive Direct Reply employee responses from the announcement. Store Managers will not receive employee responses when the Organization Phone Number is selected.

How do I choose the phone number?
- Log Into your HourWork Portal
- Click the Retain tab
- Scroll down and click Send Announcements
- Click New Announcement
- Draft your announcement then click on the 'Send announcement from' dropdown.
By default, the Location phone number will be selected but you can click the dropdown to choose the Organization phone number.
How can I see the Location Phone Numbers?
Visit the Home page on your portal and select the location where you would like to see the phone number. Then scroll down to the Text Message Number section. Each location will have its own unique phone number.
How can I see the Organization Phone Number?
Click on the Settings Icon in the upper right-hand corner. Then scroll down to Company Settings. On the Company Settings page, you will see the Company phone number appearing at the top of the page!
